This class goes through all of the body's joint groups to help keep them mobile and maintain as much range of motion as possible. With continued practice levels of joint pain may be reduced. Please note hip exercises are most beneficial when done standing.
This class stretches the body from head to toe, helps to increase flexibility and blood flow by opening up the muscle groups through the movements. Posture may also be improved by increased flexibility in the hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders and back.
Chair Pilates is a modified version of a Basic Pilates class. Exercises are core based, gentle movements guided by various breath lengths. This helps to increase core strength, improve flexibility and mobility.
All classes are 45 minutes long
